Live It Naturally Well

December 2023

Being Prepared for Holidays Means More than Ribbons and Bows

Preserving our energy and well-being among the glitter and glow of the season is essential for protecting our health and overall well-being. Holiday energy zappers such as stress, excessive commitments, and disrupted routines can leave us feeling depleted, overwhelmed and ill. It is also over-excitement and excessive fun that can do these things. Too much of a good thing can actually be a strain on us too.

I often talk about stress imprints but what that really means is the effect from stimulation on our body. It is the combination of circumstances, stimulation, fatigue, emotions, diet, hydration, sleep and how we respond to all of it. Everything is connected in our body and we are also connected within our environment. When there is imbalance this creates a stress imprint that is the equivalent to having a door ding or dent in your car body.

In some cases it may even feel like our whole being is covered in dents.

All those dents create gaps in our energy level, immune system, emotional well-being, digestive health, reproductive system and brain. We often notice these things as not feeling our best but we ignore them because we have so many other things to do and get done every day. We push through the brain fog and run on adrenaline and caffeine to get through. Then we crash into bed exhausted but too worried and wired to sleep well.

Energy work is where I remove these dents from your body and help you re-establish that balance. It is in this state we can stimulate healing and begin to recover our energy, optimism, calmness and sleep.

We feel more like ourselves again.

Hello! Nice to Meet You

My name is Amy and I’m the owner of Dragonspit Apothecary, LLC.

I believe there is a better and much more personalized approach available to supporting health care needs and building health for ourselves & our families.

This is something many of us have not experienced  & cannot get through regular care with our doctors & health care systems (allopathic care).

I am a certified holistic health practitioner working towards completing my board-certified naturopath doctor (BCND) accreditation – certified traditional naturopath & holistic practitioner.

I am also an ordained healing arts spiritual guide, Trinity School of Natural Health Alum, member of the American Herbalist Practitioner’s Guild and a member of the FES (Flower Essence Society).

When health care focuses on our body, mind and spirit as one whole and complete person rather than just the components when something is in pain, we tap into our body’s ability to self-heal, thrive and produce and maintain health.

This philosophy and methodology is at the heart of all I provide in my services to you.

It is my mission to be a go-to resource for you & your family in holistic health services & support so you can feel your best and enjoy life, every day naturally.
