Naturopathy is the practice of natural medicine. It does not prescribe, diagnose, inject, or surgically operate. It is the focus on you as a whole person (mind-body-spirit) and listening to you to align the right support that is available naturally.
What is natural health, naturopathy, and holistic medicine?
All natural health care should be personalized for your unique needs and interests.
I recommend starting with a Holistic Health Consultation that includes a comprehensive assessment of your current health, lifestyle, concerns, and goals. From there we will develop a plan together that aligns with what your body, mind, and heart need and where you want to go.
Where do I start?
No.
Natural health works in collaboration with your current provider-defined care plan. You should always refer to your doctor for changes in the medication they have prescribed.
I cannot change or alter your medical care plan. If you have concerns about that, you will need to speak to your medical doctor.
Does this mean I can stop my prescriptions?
You can send an email on the Contact page or request a consultative appointment above and I will respond within the next business day.
How do I contact you?
When I work with clients we build a thorough assessment of your health and lifestyle story. We work together to support your body, mind, and spirit in natural ways to promote a healthy lifestyle and vitality.
The average initial consultation is 45 minutes to 1.5 hours long so should plan accordingly.
There is an intake form and assessment that you will need to complete before your appointment.
All plans defined during consultations are centered on your needs, interests, and goals.
What can I expect from a consultation?
All product recommendations are based on your individual needs and goals. You may not need any supplements!
My goal is to help you find the solutions right for you whether that is simply something in your diet, lifestyle, or environment or supporting you with supplementation, herbs, homeopathy, essential oils, or something else entirely.
We work together to find the appropriate things you need rather than suggestions for products that are not serving you.
It is up to each client if they choose to purchase the products recommended.
What products are recommended?
You will receive a link to the assessment and forms at the time you book your appointment. You can complete these forms from your phone, tablet, or computer.
Please provide all completed responses within 24 hours before your appointment as this will ensure we are prepared to talk about your needs and goals in the time we have scheduled and provide you with the best recommendations and support.
