The effects of COVID-19 will be marked in history similar to the Spanish Flu, the smallpox outbreak and other major health events in our story. While a traumatic and devastating event that impacted our health care system, economy, politics and more there is something deeply personal about this experience as well. We can all take from this event lessons learned to carry forward with us on every level of our human existence.
