These are the top 5 doTERRA blended oils we use in our home every day. If you’ve never tried essential oils, this is a reason to seriously consider doing so. These oils are blends meaning they contain multiple oils in just the right amount to deliver awesome health supporting benefits. Usually these blend oils contain the more expensive single oils that if you were to buy individually would cost so much more than just getting everything you need in one cute little bottle.
For what these oils do in our home, I highly recommend them to anyone who has never tried essential oils to see for yourself how much these can help you.
1. Balance
This is the emotional helper oil and we use it EVERY SINGLE DAY.
This oil gets applied to the bottom of our feet to help manage stress, anxiety, depression and crazy hormones. I put it on the bottom of my feet every morning. We put it in our diffusers. We put it on the back of our necks and behind our ears.
This oil is #1 for us.
2. Immortelle
I love this beautifying oil. Every night I after cleaning my face I enjoy applying this oil to my face. It feels good. It smells good. It makes my skin happy.
Immortelle is my go-to beauty luxury addiction.
3. Peace
Like Balance, Peace is also great at helping with emotional support. I like this particular blend because it gives me an immediate pause in my thinking and rampant emotions when something stressful is happening in the moment.
When I apply Peace to my wrists and behind my neck its like getting a hug of comfort and soothing sounds that no matter what, it will be ok.
I carried this oil with me when I was traveling all the time with my prior job and it was not going well. There was so much stress, game-playing and turmoil that I was constantly reaching for this rollerball to help get me through it.
4. InTune
InTune is a blend containing Patchouli. It is a softer oil than Peppermint but it helps in a very similar way when it comes to needing to focus, stay alert and support your senses. It comes in a roller ball bottle so it is diluted with fractionated coconut oil.
I love the earthy undertones of this oil blend.
5. Serenity
This is Lavender’s grown up sister and she’s serious. If you can’t sleep, don’t sleep well, are stressed out, ticked off or just exhausted this is your buddy.
Serenity is all about the real calm and breath you take when the day is done. It’s gentle, soothing and love in 1 bottle.
