Since taking the doTERRA Life Long Vitality supplements daily for the past 60 days I can say I feel a difference. I feel energetic, wake up refreshed and don’t have as many 3 pm drags.
The supplements are made with essential oils and natural ingredients our bodies can easily absorb without barriers. Reaching our cells to deliver goodness is something not all multi vitamins can do well. Most do not contain ingredients our bodies can break down easily resulting in the vitamins and enzymes just passing through our digestive system without any benefit.
The capsules of the doTERRA supplements are loose packed and if you open the capsule it is powder consisting of natural ingredients and essential oils. This is fabulous because if you don’t like to swallow pills you can use the powder in smoothies!
By taking these supplements you are healing your body with ingredients it needs to break down food, supplement our diet with enzymes, vitamins and minerals we are probably not getting from our diets and you are feeding your body good healthy ingredients. Most of the food we eat, even if you are a healthy eater, lacks enzymes, minerals and vitamins because of how its grown and harvested.
For example, we pick fruit before it is ripe so it can be shipped and arrive at our local grocery stores fresh and ripe. That process unfortunately prevents fruit and vegetables from finishing the ripening process and therefore the ability to build enzymes that our bodies need.
