Recently, I changed the daily vitamin we give our son to the doTERRA A2Z Chewable and IQ Mega supplements. It was really an experiment to see what would happen.
We had been giving him the gummy daily vitamin that you can pick up in the grocery store. I had noticed the first ingredient of this daily gummy vitamin was sugar. Now, I know it’s been awhile since I was a student but I don’t recall sugar being on the table of vitamins and minerals. The dosage of the children’s supplements says 2 times a day but to date we’ve only been giving him 1 dose at nighttime after dinner. I would say the results I’ve seen so far are that for one he’s getting one less sugary item per day in his diet. Secondly, I know he’s getting the nutrients, vitamins and minerals that are truly going to support his growth.
